Civilian aircraft will now be allowed to use Goa's Dabolim airport, which is controlled by the Navy, for 18 hours instead of merely six hours, in a bid to increase tourist inflow.

Internet services are improving in Goa but the State needs to ensure that adequate infrastructure is built to take care of future needs and give the State its due. This view was expressed by members of the Goa Internet Users' Club at a meeting at the office of the Computer Society of India (Goa) in Panjim on May 27.

Fifty-five Anti-Meta Strips Citizens Action Committee (AMCAC) members were arrested near Verna on Wednesday 31 May. Three buses and a police vehicle were stoned by the demonstrators.

Locals are outnumbered by yellow-haired zombies which seems to rule the kingdom and have now even managed to convince the locals' children about the magic of the mushroom. Aged Goans residing in their ancestral homes, now live in constant fear and can hence no longer take their afternoon nap with the porch doors open as they used to. This is a sad reflection on today's youth which seems to be directionless…
