NEWS HEADLINES Currently, NRIs are permitted to repatriate sale proceeds of immovable property only after a lock-in period of three years. Now the Indian Government has abolished the lock-in period. It will be 8 hours Goa - Bombay by the AC Express train service, which starts on 16 Apr. After the 1970s Souza was a lost and lonely soul in the anarchy of the Manhattan art market. In fact, a couple of years ago, an NRI writer had called him "one of New York's most well-kept secrets"!
