CBI enquiry may expose conduct of officers

Due to destruction of evidence and delay in handing over the investigations, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), probing the rape and murder case of British teenager Scarlett Eden Keeling, seemed to have diluted some sections in the charge sheet filed by them.
