Brother of Rosie (late Roque) Fernandes, Luiza (Michael) Fernandes, Eusebio (Lynn) Gomes, Elvina (Frits) Heemskerk. Cherished Brother-in-law of Hillary (Elvira) Gonsalves, Avelino (Flavia) Gonsalves, and Hilda (Clifford) Gonsalves. Loving Uncle to several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. John passed away peacefully with his whole family by his bedside at Sunnybrook Hospital, Toronto Nov. 12. Funeral details: Friends may call on Friday, Nov. 13 from 6 - 9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles).
