Blast triggers panic in Margao
16 May: Herald. Panic gripped the State’s commercial capital after a blast went off in a scooter (GA 05 A 7800) behind the Grace Church, at 9.45 pm on Friday after the rider lost balance of the vehicle. The rider and the pillion were grievously injured in the blast, one of whom later died in GMC, Bambolim. The injured were stated to be members of a right wing Hindu group linked to Malegaon blast accused Sadhvi Pragya Singh.
