I am a proud Goan by birth, living abroad for the past 48 years… Goa is getting from bad to worse… some of our Goans do not know the meaning of integrity and manners… There are approximately 53,000 ex-pat Goans in the UK. We can buy and sell homes without any restrictions… pensioners who have legitimately bought holiday home in Goa face having them confiscated … Retrospective changes in the law seem to be a form of legitimising theft.
