4 Feb: Gulf Times (Qatar). Alex Gonsalves, a former resident of Qatar died in his native Goa on February 1. Gonsalves had come to Qatar in 1980 to work for Qatar Navigation as a marine air conditioning and refrigeration technician. In 1990, he launched his own refrigeration business. In 2005, he retired and went back to India. Gonsalves is survived by his wife Winnie, daughter Tina and two sons Fred and Billy. He will be buried tomorrow at Calangute … Full Text.
