Stephen Gomes: Goan Food Festival in Cardiff
22 Jan: South Wales Echo. Stephen Gomes, head chef at Moksh, Cardiff Bay, has won the 2009 title of Cobra Curry Guide Indian Chef of the Year - an accolade he also won both in 2007 and 2008… In celebration Moksh is hosting a Goan food festival from January 26-28, which promises a taste of the fabulous from the sun and sand of Goa, above all highlighting the seafood that the Goan state is renowned for.
