A young Russian woman has been released from prison in Goa after being jailed on April 17 on a charge of violating migration law. Darya Monakhova 23, was released from Fort Aguada jail, after paying a fine of 10,000 rupees ($250) though her charge carried a threat of two years' imprisonment.
