21 Dec: London. JOE MENDES (Born 10 Jan 1931; ex-Uganda). Beloved husband of the late Rose (De Souza) for 33 years. Loving father of Neil and Myra and father-in-law to Mary Ann. Proud grandfather of Liam and Ethan.
Funeral will take place on Mon. 11 Jan at 11:30 am at St Thomas More Church, 420A Long Lane, Bexleyheath, Kent, DA7 5JW. Burial: 2:00 pm at Hill View Cemetery, Wickham Lane, Welling and thereafter at St Michael’s Community Centre, Wrotham Road, Welling. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to The British Heart Foundation or St Thomas' Hospital.
