Russian tourists warned:

27 Feb: MK (Russia). The conflict that erupted between India and Pakistan scares Russian tourists. Now in India, in the incredibly popular resort of Goa, the season is for recreation: there are a lot of Russians there, no less people have already taken tickets and trips to a warm region. Some have already thought: whether to cancel their holiday… At the same time, in Goa itself everything is calm. If it were not for the cancellation of the local freak parade on the beach in Arambol, holidaymakers might not have noticed international problems. This is a large-scale informal carnival, which takes place in Goa every year in the village of Arambol. People dressed up in the brightest costumes walk along the ocean shore with dancing and music, and after that they have fun until the morning in a bar. It so happened that this year the carnival coincided with the beginning of the military conflict in India, and local authorities canceled it because of the ban on large crowds of people… 1024 words.  click here
