It is with much regret that we hereby announce the loss of our dearest and beloved mother , grandmother and great grandmother Mrs. Dominica Conceicao Fernandes (aged 84, ex Saligao, Goa, Kampala, Uganda and Portugal.)

Passed away peacefully at St. Georges Hospital, South London on Sunday, 24th July 2005.

Wife of late dearly beloved Durante Rafael Fernandes. Mother of Lawrence/Monika, Ursula, Roslyn/Tony, Jenny/Kwame and grandchildren: Suzanne, Lillian, Raffael, Kenneth, Kevin, Amelia, Sophia, Rachel and Audrey. Great grandchildren: Vito, Lorenzo, Jamie, Jordan, Shaneice, Serenati, Krysten, Rebecca and Milo. Sister of Mickey and Marie Francis and her family in Mumbai and Goa, sister-in-law Joaquina and family.

The arrangements are as follows:
Visitation to pay last respects : Wednesday 3rd August-4th August at Ashtons Funeral Services, 140 Alexandre Road, Wimbledon, SW19 7JY Phone: (0208) 946 1051

The Funeral mass service will be held on Friday August 5th at 10.00am at St Winefrides RC Church, Latimer Road, Wimbledon

Burial: London Road Cemetery, Figges Marsh, Mitcham, Surrey.

Reception: Sacred Heart Church Hall, Edge Hill, Wimbledon.

Transport - coach available from church to burial to reception
