Cardinal Ivan Dias retires as Vatican's 'Red Pope'

Cardinal Ivan Dias, a prelate of Goan origin, retired on Tuesday as Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelisation of Peoples (CEP), one of the most important dicasteries in the Vatican.
