Recipe: Coconut Lime Millet Pudding
29 May: Deccan Chronicle. In Goa, we gave the baby traditional millet pudding whenever we could. Spiced and sugary, it was good but could have been better. This is a lovely, sun-shiny version. I’d use less sugar, maybe more coconut milk, make it slightly more runny (the millet pudding tends to set) and eat it cold…  click here
