High Spirits In Goa: What’s Next?

Everyone wants to join the bandwagon, much like the current retail investment in the stock market… Goa’s potential for quality spirits was unlocked by the likes of Paul John in the single malt whisky category, and Hapusa and Strangers in the gin space… I firmly believe that Goa can be the next global player in the whisky segment. We need more investment, more distilleries to truly make high-quality Indian whisky a thing… The rum revolution has begun to take off … Diageo has released a limited edition whisky and this, I am sure, is a test runway to do more. The other big boys like Pernod Ricard and other global spirit powerhouses cannot be far behind… 596 words  click here
